GARLIC SUN-DRIED TOMATO STUFFED BURGER
A perfect burger is a symphony of textures and flavors. It begins with a two-thin juicy patty crafted from high-quality ground beef, ideally with a fat blend for tenderness. Stuffed with garlic and sundried tomato and topped with cheese, and fire-roasted garlic and tomato bruschetta. It is now called the ultimate burger.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb fresh ground beef
4 Oz Joy’s Gourmet Garlic and sundried tomato spread
4 Oz Joy’s Roasted Garlic and Tomato Bruschetta
4 Oz crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Combine Joy’s garlic and sundried tomato spread with blue cheese for the stuffing mixture. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Press each portion into a thin round patty. Place 1/4 of the stuffing mixture on one patty, cover with another patty, and press to close. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Grill your burgers over a pile of red-hot coals, searing them for 3 minutes on each side for a medium taste. (We recommend using a thermometer for your preferred cooking temperature).
Assembly:
Put your burger on your preferred bun. Use Joy's Gourmet garlic sun-dried tomato spread instead of ketchup or mayonnaise. Top the burgers with the Roasted garlic and tomato Bruschetta and ENJOY!
