Shrimp and garlic sauce

SHRIMP IN GARLIC SAUCE

There are numerous techniques you can use to prepare shrimp. My garlic shrimp dish is one of the quickest and easiest recipes I love. The succulent shrimp are cooked perfectly in a rich, savory buttery garlic sauce, making it an ideal choice for a delicious appetizer or a satisfying main dish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb of shrimp, large

  • 4 Tbsp of jOY’S Gourmet Garlic Spread

  • 1/4 cup Parsley

  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp of butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the shrimp in a bag with 4 tablespoons of garlic and mix well until the shrimp is covered with the garlic spread. In a saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink in color. Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and parsley. Allow it to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
