Garlic Spread with Green Olive
This is a vegan spread, dip, marinade, cooking ingredient, topping, or sauté!
This family favorite spread adds the delicious Mediterranean flavor of green olives to the garlic base to make an amazing dip, an excellent replacement for mayonnaise and other condiments, a great flavor addition to many recipes, and we use it to flavor everything we eat.
Spread on crackers and enjoy with a glass of wine. Spread on sandwiches, toss with steamed vegetables, or mix with warm noodles to make a side dish or pasta salad. Use instead of butter or margarine with your favorite recipes, or on a slice of warm bread. Spread on grilled chicken, mix in mashed potatoes, or use as a dip for crackers, chips, or fries.
The added olives also give you added health benefits. Studies show that the oil from olives may protect the bones, joints, skin, liver, and heart, and may even slow aging. Neither olive oil nor canola oil contain cholesterol, and their monounsaturated fatty acids promote the good HDL blood cholesterol while inhibiting harmful LDL blood cholesterol.

Note: This is a dairy free product. Keeping it without refrigeration for few hours does not hurt it, but refrigeration will prolong the shelf life & maintain the freshness and flavor. We ship it with ice packs and you should refrigerate it upon arrival.
