SHRIMP AND STREET CORN SALSA TACOS
The Ultimate Shrimp Taco!
Savor every bite of your shrimp tacos as you enhance them with the irresistible flavors of our street corn salsa. Crafted with care using Joy’s Gourmet fresh Garlic and Chipotle, or Garlic with Jalapeno and Cilantro, you can be sure your dish will leave everyone craving another serving.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb shelled and deveined large shrimps (approximately 16-23 shrimp)
1 jar (8 oz) of Joy’s Gourmet Garlic Spread with Chipotle or Jalapeño Cilantro
½ cup chopped cilantro
2 medium-sized limes, cut in half
8 medium corn or flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS:
Marinate the shrimp in 4 oz of Garlic Spread for 1 hour. Skewer the shrimp and cook on a hot grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink in color. Place the halved lime on the grill for 3 – 4 minutes, or until you can see the grill marks.
Grill the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side. Spread ½ tablespoon of Garlic Spread on each tortilla. Add 2 spoons of Street Corn Salsa and 2 – 3 grilled shrimp to each taco. Top with chopped cilantro and a generous squeeze of lime juice from the grilled limes.
