EVOO Mediterranean Seasoning
This extra virgin olive oil is made from the Galega olive varieties from the municipalities in the northern part of the district of Santarém in the Ribatejo region. A low-acidity olive oil, it ranges in color from golden yellow to dark green and offers a unique, mellow, sweet flavor.
We infuse it with our house blend of common Mediterranean herbs and spices. Slice rustic freshly baked bread, put this seasoned oil in the middle of a plate, and dip into the deliciousness. Top eggs, Hummus, Greek yogurt, salads, baked potatoes, or French fries for an added flavor dimension. Use on popcorn, salads, pasta, air-fried vegetables, and chicken.
